Black Fox Studio is an independent art gallery and custom picture-framing workshop in the heart of Lamlash on the Isle of Arran.
We create beautifully handcrafted frames for individuals, local businesses, artists and galleries, while also exhibiting our own collection of original Arran-inspired artwork in our own distinct style.
Alongside our bespoke framing service, we also stock a carefully selected range of local maps and nautical sea charts, celebrating the landscapes and coastline that make Arran so special.
Housed in a working art studio behind Undercliffe, The Old Surgery, on Lamlash Green, the gallery is open part-time (see opening hours for current times) and framing drop-ins are welcomed.

Alongside our original artwork, we also stock a carefully selected range of Ordnance Survey maps, historic maps of Arran and Admiralty nautical charts. Professionally framed and ready to hang, they make distinctive gifts and striking additions to homes, holiday cottages and businesses.
